Our Lightweight Underload trainer is the lightening to our Heavyweight Overload's thunder. This baseball bat uses a regular bat profile and is -9 weighted for waking up your fast twitch muscles and getting your exit velocity up! When applied properly (especially when used in conjunction with our Heavyweight Overload training bat) our Lightweight Underload training bat has been scientifically proven to increase exit velocity.
