Return and Refund Policy

Returns or exchanges are available for items purchased directly from Lumber 2 Leather Pro Shop within 60 days from date of receipt. Please see below for specific conditions for return/exchange based on specific product categories. Return/exchange is not available for clearance items or personalized products. 

To initiate a return or exchange please email our customer service team at store@l2lproshop.com with your order number and the item you wish to return.

  • Apparel, Bags, and Batting Gloves
    • Item must be in new condition and include all original tags
    • Item must not be washed, worn, or altered
  • Protective Gear
    • Item must be new and unused and include all original packaging
  • Metal Bats and Accessories
    • Item must be new and unused INSIDE all original packaging 
    • Customized items (engraving) are not eligible for return or exchange
  • Wood Bats
    • Non-custom bats only
    • Item must be new, unused, and un-altered
    • Custom Pro wood bats are not available for return or exchange
  • Sunglasses
    • Product should be returned with the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation, and registration that was included with the product. Product must be in original condition.
  • Fielding Gloves
    • Item must be returned with all original packaging
    • Item must be new, unused, and un-altered
  • Clearance Items
    • No returns or exchanges are available for clearance items

 

Warranty Information:

For returns involving defective items, please note that warranties are managed directly by the manufacturer. Defective items may need to be sent to the manufacturer for replacement under their warranty policy, which typically covers all defective products. Warranty durations vary, generally spanning one year from the purchase date. Usually, defective products must be returned to the manufacturer. Manufacturers typically require a receipt for processing returns.
